Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time, equipment and resources exclusively for you. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to load in /setup, you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/rebooking charge of [15% of total invoice plus any travel expenses/fees or associated expenses incurred for that specific event.

 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [48 hours] prior to your appointment.
